Molassess Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups flour (320 grams)
- 1/2 cup sugar (110ish grams)
- 1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar (98 grams)
- 3/4 cup cold butter (180g)
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoon baking soda (14 grams)
- 1/2 tablespoon ground ginger (5 grams)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (5 grams)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175C (350F)
- Mix dry ingredients: Flour, baking soda, ginger, salt
- Mix wet ingredients: sugar, packed brown sugar, butter, molasses, egg.
- Mix together until the blend is smooth.
- Roll into 2.5cm (1in) balls, roll in sugar
