Overview
Internet grandmothers or cookie enthusiasts probably recognize this as a modified peanut blossom. One problem is that Hershey’s Kisses are not widely available in the Netherlands; another problem is that Hershey’s Kisses are trash unfit to feed to feral lizards.
The solution is raspberry dark chocolate, which provides a good accent to the sweet/salty of the cookies themselves. I tried with ginger and mint dark chocolate and nobody liked them except for me. Any decent chocolate is still probably good. Makes 50 cookies or so.
